Shipping
Our standard shipping within the USA is via USPS Priority Mail, which includes
delivery confirmation. One garment costs $7.00, any additional item(s) may
be added for an additional $2.00. Insurance may be added to your package
if you choose and will be charged accordingly.
Alternate shipping methods are available and can be quoted upon request,

Orders requiring overseas shipping must be placed via the telephone or email
and the shipping costs will be quoted upon request.
Cancellations/Changes
We realize that circumstances may occasionally cause you to change, or even
cancel, your order. Please understand that you will be charged for any changes
or cancellations if the item(s) has already been produced. You may be charged
a fee equal to the partial or complete cost of the order, depending on the
order’s status.
Returns
As our clothing is "Made to Order", we hope that you will be happy with your
MaxEquations clothing. Even as we honor your choices on color and art, we
understand that sometimes things do not turn out exactly as you might have
wished. Perhaps the size ordered isn’t right, or the color doesn’t look as good
on you as you hoped. We want you to be happy with your MaxEquations order
so we will accept returns for exchange or merchandise credit if notified of the
return within 10 days of receipt.
Please notify us of your return, we want the opportunity to resolve any issues
that you had with the item(s) so we may rectify the situation in your next order.
Also, returns shipped without prior notice will be refused and may result in
additional shipping costs to you.
Returns are accepted on merchandise as shown in our collections (colors and art as currently shown). Any items that have been customized are non returnable.
If an order is returned after the 10 -day period, a re-stocking fee of $15.00
per garment will be charged against the merchandise credit.
Merchandise Credits never expire or lose value so they can be used whenever.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available year round in any denomination. They make the perfect
gift for anyone that loves MaxEquations Clothing and allows them the opportunity to
